quote

Participants leave each training session armed with useful information and techniques, and the enthusiasm to put them to use immediately (instead of filing them in a cabinet!). Training sessions are always enjoyable and never a waste of time. I find myself perusing training brochures seasonally, in search of those being led by Todd and Dynamic Training Inc. I have personally used a supervisory tool I learned about at one of his trainings for several years now and have been asked to share my “secret” with other managers due to its effectiveness.
