Dynamic Training Inc. (DTI) has over 20 years of experience developing and delivering a broad selection of educational workshops for private and public organizations throughout New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Our team of highly skilled instructors has expertise in a wide variety of areas, including but not limited to, early childhood education, health care quality improvement, long term care electronic medical record implementation, human resource management, customer service, team-building and cultural competence.
We work closely with all of our clients to fully understand their goals and to design staff development training programs that will achieve those goals.  Training sessions vary in length from 1.5 hours to five or more days, depending on client needs and content areas to be addressed.  All programs are carefully crafted to facilitate transfer of learning from the classroom to the workplace.

Todd Mohrmann is the Founder and President of Dynamic Training Inc. Mr. Mohrmann holds a Masters degree in Communication with a concentration in Interpersonal/Intercultural Communication.

Highlights from Mr. Mohrmann’s previous work experience include:

  • Managing a clinical guidelines program and a statewide health care quality improvement project for the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute
  • Directing an early childhood trauma training project and a cultural competence in health care training project for a prominent NYC-based nonprofit organization
  • Providing technical assistance and supervision and management training to early childhood programs throughout New York State for an Albany-based nonprofit agency
